Copies of any and all records relating to public participation in the Evaton development programme within the Emfuleni Local Municipality from January 2011 to present date, including but not limited to:
i. Reports on sports and recreation facilities, roads and other infrastructural developments from year 2011 to year 2017;
ii. Minutes of public participation meetings and attendance registers with local community members or community representatives; and
iii. Invitations sent to local community members in the form of text messages, public notices or emails.

Request for records related to the area designated to become "Evaton West Extension 1".

1. Records that provide information about what uses the land is earmarked for;

2. Records relating to studies into the geology of the land; and

1. Plans for the building of RDP housing;

2. Records relating to implementation of plans to build RDP housing;

3. Policies setting out criteria and standards for the allocation of RDP housing;

4.Tender documents for the building of RDP housing;

5. Contracts awarded for the building of RDP housing; and

6. Records relating to the evaluation of performance on contracts awarded for the building of RDP housing.
